we won’t be down to SD until midafternoon, so will probably try to link up with the team for these (as I said upthread, the appeal of Belching Beaver is a great brand name, and Rouleur is really close to “Rolleyes” )

Yeah, I mean the way I see it is very few folks will actually make it to all 14 but we could use the area as the "afternoon" spot.

Let folks drift in and out as they see fit. There also seems to be a lot of interesting bars/restaurants you'd be walking past as well.

I don't intend to lead some kind of forced march stumble.

I love the beer crawl through North Park. I used to live off University, a little further west of your tour but regularly stumbled home from the area you’ve chosen.

I will make the Saturday lunch, I’m also likely to make the Friday lunch but just seeing if I can get some stuff done first.

Friday rail contingent on board and waiting for departure. Plan is to hit up a wine and/or beer tasting upon arrival and then head to lunch at 1pm.

Arsey00, check your PMs and text me to coordinate?

If there's one talent I have it's planning trips online. Sometimes the on the ground reality doesn't always match my plans, but in this case I feel confident that there will be sidewalks at a minimum.

@Zorak is a master at out sourcing.

It was a fun excursion! There is talk of scheduling the DO on another weekend next year so we can do the train on Saturday.

Meanwhile for those doing False Idol, have done some advance scouting -- you go in through Craft & Commerce.

I have successfully pre-gamed for tonight. Even got a roadie

See you all soon. I'll probably come straight from the airport since it's closer than my hotel.

Running probably 30mins late for False Idol. Let me know if that causes issues (not sure if it is a “all must be present” situation?)

I think a few people may be running behind -- we can just go in once the first 6 are here, then send in the second table when ready. I'll ask the host(ess) to bring us anyone mentioning FlyerTalk.
