New too ! I have been on another forum for a couple of years and thought I would give this one a try. I live in Durban, South Africa and fly frequently to the US, Europe and Australia to visit my extended family. ( and friends, of course ! ) I hope I can catch up with some of these posts !

Hello all,
Just signed up the other day. Got a burgeoning interest in travel and people's holiday habits, as that's the kind of thing I enjoy reading about and researching.
But I also love going away myself, of course!
Looking forward to posting with you all.

Hello!
Thought it about time I introduced myself, I have been lurking for rather too long.
My name is Simon and I live in Bristol UK. I am an Auditor and have my own business, specialising in the profitability of Restaurants, Hotels and Public Houses. Regrettably my profession does not entail much business travel, so any mileage I do is for leisure purposes, generally in the back of the aircraft.
I look forward to making a further contribution once I have found my feet.

Hello
Hi everyone.
I have used your forum as a guest for a couple of years but today I can't seem to find what I am looking for. Yes you guessed it "discount codes". I actually run my own forum which is an international forum for cigars.
So I hope to meet some good people and have a little fun as I post and share.

I'm Ally and I'm an avid traveller...or at least I try to be
I usually cruise at least once a year and that invariably means getting on a plane and doing a longhaul to somewhere exotic...the next one being a 41 day cruise that starts in Singapore and ends in Rome next spring
Last year I was in the Far East and Houston, so I do tend to get around a bit and always as a solo traveller too

Trying to catch up
In the sixties I was a VC10er between THR and LHR. Those were the days
when RTW was PA1 or PA2.
Now retired and living in CPT with family in BRS, ATL and near EVV. Lots of SA miles, but how best to use them?

Original FlyerTalker back in action again
Back to participating in the forum after several years of inactivity! Originally joined FT back in 1998; still work as a design drafter and just accepted a contract job in paradise; better known as Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. (2200 miles SW of Honolulu.) It's a two-year contract job working at the Reagan Test Site, which is part of the Pacific Missile Range.
Don't fly as often as I used to, but I'm gonna be racking up some serious mileage!
