Wow, how'd this thread get by me!

After a 30 year career in newspaper advertising and marketing (including media buying, event marketing, copywriting and more) I became a Realtor and started ominously on September 11, 2001.

I'm based in Massachusetts.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, please give me a call. Even if you're not located in Massachusetts, let me make a local referral for you.

After I get to know your needs and wants, I will do the necessary research to get you someone who suits your temperament and who will respect your schedule.

See... if I make the referral, I will earn 25% of what the agency earns (for the "side" of the deal that I refer... since agents split the fee between the listing agency and the selling agency). Just as an example, on a 5% commission, the referral fee would be 5/8 of 1%, so it's not highway robbery.

And remember, I give great thank-you gifts. All those years in marketing have left their mark.

Since my last name is tough to understand as well as spell, I use RitaTheRealtor.com as my website.

Thanks,
Rita

Although not my business, I am assisting in the set up and promotion... my partner Sean (who has met many an FT'r) has finally embraced e-commerce for his Digital Art business.

www.seanpiggott.com

It's early days, so encouragement and feedback are very welcome. Prints are prepared in the UK and can be shipped worldwide, he's working on lining up a service for huge canvas prints as well.. as the work better suits large installations !

Thanks

I build water and wastewater treatment plants. If you've got a lot of turds and $100 million laying around, drop me a line.

Looking for a computer OED/OEM co. or person

Hi all,

I'm looking to speak to someone who is involved with ground-up design of computer devices like laptops, palms, communications devices etc.

This is relatively new territory for me, but I think phrases like "pc/104 vs. ESB/Epic vs. Napa" and "Transflective" will come up.

Whether to simply help me pinpoint the job title of the person I'm looking for, or to point out the right web forums to poke around in or to seriously discuss the path to market for a new product, I'd welcome the contact.

Please PM me.

Best,

Remy

Here I go...
I've recently become a Graphic Artist. I'm working on various ways to produce my work for general distribution. So far, I have had some nice responses from friends and family and, more recently, I have received interest from a local company to produce greeting cards using my artwork. I'd like to expand the use of my work through licensing my designs for various products.

I'm also toying with finding an affordable way to produce a specialty canvas tote bag. This will probably require finding a manufacturer in Asia. (Ooh, do I sense an opportunity to travel? )

I just found this. I am a part time travel agent with Sabre access. I do have to charge a 15 dollar ticketing fee. But if you have to call the airline wouldn't you rather have me who understands mileage runs vs the airlines .

A couple of days ago I was behind a septic pumping truck and their slogan was "Yesterday's Meals on Wheels".

redbeard, have you heard of aquapoint company? They purchased Finnish technology for wastewater treatment. I guess it's cost effective for residential clusters of even as few as 24 homes.

I used to serve on a United Way committee with the owner, and have been interested in the technology ever since.
