Seoul food on June 15/16?
Edited to change to: Odds seem strongly against this working out, but I'll arrive in Seoul on Saturday night, leaving Tuesday morning, staying at the Grand Hyatt (Itaewon), if anyone would like to drink a cuppa, hoist a stein, or eat some kimchi together!
Thanks.

I have a free suite upgrade at Hyatt that expires on June 30! Not particularly near where I am working, it appears (although maps of Seoul are hard to find around here). Yes, it is my first visit, wish it could be longer.

Try these:

I am assuming you will be working in Kangnam. The Hyatt is on top of a pretty big hill. They have a shuttle that goes to the bottom of the hill and back. It will be hot. I don't know if you are going to try the subway or not. Itaewon station is close to the bottom of the hill. Have fun.
