From what I remember living in PHL which was about 4 yrs ago, nobody ever went to Phillies games. When I went, nobody gave me crap for wearing my Yankees cap to games. Again, the Vet has a ridiculous amount of seats.
The Broad Street Bullies that you refer to are mostly Flyers and Eagles fans.
Last year, I tried to get people out in the Bay Area to come to $1 Wednesdays to see the A's. They offered $1 tickets for upper reserved and $1 hot dogs on Wednesday games. This year, the price has gone up to $2.
I'd be willing to catch a game with anyone this year.

Valid point, but at least I'm expecting it. Philly fans' reputation is legendary, some might view it as part of the entertainment at the Vet.
On the other hand, you'd think Seattle fans might be nice, considering the progressive (?) city they come from.
Actually it's more a function of age. Many FOP's forget they were once kids, or they ever had kids. Many of them are just mean old b*stards.</font>
