Sorry about delay Kathy. Mailed Tuesday. I needed Reserve Bank approval first you understand, and that took time to get the paperwork done.

Oh, and the I.R.S. wanted me to fill out a few complicated forms in triplicate as well. You may hear from them one of these days.

Nothing cheap about us ozzies ... I was in such a good mood Tuesday I tossed in a few extra million! Oh, Kathy that IRS man who phoned me this afternoon asked what your Social Security number was. He sounded pretty thick so I said you had given me 987654321. I am sure he will not pick up on that.

I took the two bills to the bank today and tried to deposit them. Unfortunately, they were going to put a one-year hold on them. So I returned home to think about it and come up with a different plan. Five minutes later I got a call from the FBI! I played dumb though. So far so good.

Well, I guess I'm learning there ARE strings attached! I have to take abuse from ozstamps for the rest of my life!

Ebay, huh? How much do you suppose I could get? I know, I know. The "well-used" one is worth less than the "mint" one. Even I (a non-numismatist) know that!
