traditional Sunday morning DIM SUM, SFO-Fook Yuen: dec-1 (costs: $11-15)

Before the 49er-Seahawks game, on dec.1st, 13:15) I would like to see all of you (and more) again joining in for an already traditional (this will be my 4th FlyerTalk DIM SUM here) Sunday morning FlyerTalk DIM SUM, at

Fook Yuen
195 El Camino Real (Millbrae Ave.)
Millbrae CA 94030-2605
Work (650) 692-8600 (G)

They don't take reservations and open their doors at 10:00 exactly (like a swiss watch) and the place fills very quickly - so please be there at 09:55AM latest! (parking was, so far, never a problem here).

I promise, at least, one Swiss chocolate gift for any participant!

Oops, I forgot, I'll be in HNL for the Thanksgiving weekend visiting my family. There was also a potential Kings basketball game set up by TravelManKen around that time that I wanted to go to but can't.

I've checked and Fook Yuen is open on Sunday, December 1. Would love to join in if I'm not in HKG. Could you add me to the "trying" list? Thanks!

Done.
I just called them and the answer is Yes.

JD:"Are you open on December 1st over Thanksgiving Weekend?"
FY:"Yes, we open everyday"
JD:"Even on holidays?"
FY:"Yes, we open everyday"
JD:"Thank you!"

So there you go...

Let's see. Dim sum, Rudi, and Bay Area FTers. That sounds like a plan. I'll pencil it in, but I have to see what else will happen.

If I don't make it, somebody will have to tell Rudi what has seafood in it.

"Jet'Dillo trying?"

We might be back east doing family things, but it's possible. It's way too early to tell anything these days.

Andrea

Fyi: The place is a short walk from the Caltrain station. *But* Caltrain is not running on weekends these days, so it is no help.
