Welcome to FT.
"There has been a rash of alleged air rage incidents at LHR. Seems that all of the people charged with air rage incidents claim to be from a cult called FlyerTalk and all were reported to be seeking a run-in with the policewoman named 'Bikergirl'... "
I can see it now.

Hi, Bikergirl.
Are you a bikergirl on duty? My sister-in-law is a police officer and fitness person for MCO PD. She is really into bike duty.
She is over 50 and looks like a million bucks. Nice work if you can get it.
(Except for the darned criminals
)

Welcome BikerGirl!
That reminds me, who has the Yellow FT tags? I ahve both the old and newstyle on my back pack and my suitcase but have yet to see anyone else with them on
Am I not travelling enough, or am I the only UK person with them on?
Thanks and welcome again!
Richard

Normally I would NOT be happy to be accosted by a police officer at Heathrow.... especially considering the treatment (interview) we Yanks get at the immigration desks (contrasted with most any other country I have entered)....
But if you or your husband spots me with my yellow FlyerTalk tags when I leave Tuesday morning, you are welcome to greet me, as long as it's friendly!

Nicola, one more welcome from the San Francisco Bay Area, home of the brand new Morld Series champs (we hope)!
Tell us about your favorite spots in Hawaii.
Do you know where Croydon is? Lived there with my family in 1972, 30 years ago. Probably before you were born.

Welcome Bikergirl, as a police officer working on Heathrow I'm sure (and hope) you have some interesting stories -from a different point of view than most of us have- about experineces with frequent flyers.
BTW, maybe a dumb question, but do they call female police officers in London "Bobby" too???

Hello again everyone! Sorry for the delay, but we have been moving house, and have taken a couple of weeks to put the computer back together, and we still have some left over!
Thank you so much for your kind words, and I will be posting more from now on.
Tom, will contact you in the next couple of days regarding your friend who works in LHR. LHR is not my primary beat, but I get called in from Chiswick quite often for sickness and vacation cover.
Still not seen a bag with a yellow FT tag, although my friend who works at LHR has donated one of his, so if you see me in your home airport (DFW/LHR/ORD) in the next few weeks, don't forget to say hi!
Hope to hear from you soon!

Welcome, Bikergirl.
I'll be passing through LHR a few times in Dec. Do you stand out in particular from any other cops if you happen to be there?
What does your husband do at LHR? ... Always interested in meeting other FTers.
