I checked out the fabulous new stadium in Saitama this afternoon. A couple of hundred Japanese police were practicing "houligan control" inside and outside the stadium.

Yes it is hilarious watching them in their black SWAT style get-ups and planning on beating back the hordes by scaling walls etc.

Let's hope that they don't have to do it for real in June .......
Not too optimistic, having seen the yobs rioting in London after a recent Milwall defeat in the play-offs.
