How many FTers?
I wasn't sure where to post this.
I was wondering how many FTers there are. Obviously, this depends on how you define a FTer. For example, I probably check this site a couple of times a week, yet I rarely post messages. Anyway, does anyone have an idea for any statistics on this? E.g., there are xxx registered members, of which yyy have posted at least 100 messages.

A difficult question to answer because there are so many lurkers from FlyerTalk that don't post but enjoy the value of the information and integration within the community with some of the gatherings. Here's basically what i can tell you: in less than 4 years, FlyerTalk boasts spme 900,000 total posts ranking among the largest travel-related bulletin boards anywhere on the Internet. Last mont, nearly 487,000 visitors came just to FlyerTalk. On an average day, between 2-3,200 posts are made. It continues to grow with new members are a fairly healthy rate with some 10-100 new members daily. I hope you find this as interesting as i do. Thanks for asking and thanks for your support of FlyerTalk.

Randy,
How many people have registered? And when will I run into one at the airport?
Or are they hiding from me?
(My therapist claims I'm not paranoid people really are out to get me...
)

TANSTAAFL - but if you work it right, FF miles comes pretty close.
