I don't want to steal the limelight from the NY meet. But I've cancelled my trip there. 
As unofficially a SFO gathering, how does the weekend of Nov 2 sound? It's not an FT meeting - but a get-to-know you sort of thing. I'll be passing through from Frankfurt to San Diego and this week is better for me than the following and it'll be nice to be able to meet some fellow FTers.

I'll be in SFO from 1-3Nov and will be meeting some GFT and nonGFTers ... and am just bringing this thread forward. Anyone else would like to meet that weekend?

This weekend. especially Sunday would be fine to get together. Or Sat nite if necessary. (SFO)
