FT is PAINFULLY slow

the slowness wasn't caused by the relaunch of FT, rather some backbone problems caused in the server farm we are located in. They got their problems resolved on Friday and things were quickly back to normal. The excuses we got were so technical in nature that i can't spell them let alone repeat them.....
