Unfortunately I can't make it. I have a lot going on, friends visiting and school. I wish I could finally meet you guys, I tend to skip every meeting there is. I'll try next time.

Maggie..

OK guys, I have a teppanyaki table on reserve for us on Saturday night at 7:30 pm. We have 6-7 confirmed, and the table can seat up to 10, so anyone else let me know so that I can change the reservation.

The location: Meiji-En, Columbus Blvd. (bet. Callowhill & Spring Garden Sts.), Philadelphia, PA, 19106, (215) 592-7100

It's easy to get to, and there is a parking garage right there ($6), it's in the same building/pier as Dave & Buster's.

Sounds great, see you there.

Jay

P.S. Do I need a jacket or tie? I hate wearing them.

Ah, sorry, forgot that. Dress is just smart casual, no tie or jacket required.

I'll be arriving at 30th St. Station at about 12:30 p.m. on Acela Regional, and then stopping by my hotel (Sheraton at Rittenhouse Sq.) Anybody in town already by then is welcome to join me for a trip to 9th & Passyunk for lunch... then I'll probably be ready to go back to the hotel for a nap before dinner.

Meiji-En is listed in the AAdvantage Dining booklet (as well as the other airlines' booklets). How prescient of Burkey to allow 10 miles for each dollar eaten/drunk.

Now, will someone offer to pick up the tab for this dining splurge & gain all those miles?

Gentlemen, start your chopsticks and lay down those registered credit cards!

biff -- and they allow individual checks too, so everyone can earn miles. If you not busy, we still can seat a few more, so come on out.
