BA messed up my flights...
British Airways cancelled my flight from HAM to LGW, sent me to LHR instead. They didn't manage to get me a cab to LGW in time (which they had promised), so I missed my flight to NAS. They booked me to Orlando (I actually tried to avoid the US immigration procedure by a direct flight) instead (3 hours late), with a connection to NAS with BahamasAir (2 hours late), in a plane stinking of vomit (no fun). I arrived 7 hours late altogether, my suitcase came two days later.
What (,how and where) can I expect as a compensation???

Welcome chreil.
Flyer Talk Community is about member get togethers etc. You might have better luck with a response if you posted this in the British Airways section.

Yes welcome, chreil. There is little likelihood that BA will not consider major compensation in your case since they did fulfill their obligation to get you to your final destination within 24-hours of the original schedule, on the most direct flights available. They may, however, send you a voucher for L100 or so off a future flight if you write the incident up in a reasoned fashion. Also, did they provide you with any assistance due to the delayed luggage? This would also bear on the nature of compensation. The main point is, when you write, do so in a calm and reasoned tone.
