"Worth" of AA miles...?
What are airmiles "worth", monetarily? I'm new to these boards and asking rather ignorantly. I have 4 passes to Universal Studios Hollywood that I'd like to trade for AA miles (is that allowed?)(the passes are worth about $160.00), and don't know where to start. Thanks for all advice and help!

Welcome to FlyerTalk, Shankins1.
The following link may answer some of your questions:
Topic: What is the average dollar value of frequent flyer miles?

Most, if not all frequent flyer programs do not allow the sale, trade, barter or exchange of their respective currencies--miles, points, credits, etc.
For better results, the appropriate forum to have posted this general type of inquiry would have been The Coupon Connection. However, based on your intent, I feel it still would not meet the requirements.
You may get some creative ideas by reading the various posts in the above referenced link.
Good luck and once again, welcome!

The Coupon Connection.
The exchange forum for legally transferable coupons issued by various frequent traveler programs (these include free car rental days, 50 percent off hotel stays and upgrade coupons). This is N-O-T a forum for anything related to the buying, selling or bartering of airline awards. All exchange as a result of this forum are based upon free issuance and community spirit.
