Canadian Flyer: OK, I think I've figured out how to do this. I'm going to grab a flight on HP up to LAS on Saturday arriving about 7 p.m. Hope you can plan the dinner around that. I'm planning to bring carry-on only to save time, and will return to Phoenix Sunday night after the game to meet the return flight arrangements I just changed to Monday. If the 1/2 of your suite for Saturday night is still available I'll take you up on the offer. Further details will follow via e-mail. Are we eating at Ruth's Chris, Smith & Wollensky, or Morton's ?

I was just looking at availability of flights/rooms, theres a $90 RT fare available from TUS, and it looks like rooms are available in all price ranges, I'll have to think about it!

Old Gold: My plan is to take HP 2113 (PHX 6:39p LAS 6:44p).
I haven't booked it yet, but plan to do so tomorrow. There's about an 80% chance my meeting will be over in time for me to make this flight.
CanadianFlyer: OK, & please keep me posted. Will any of you who are in town already have a car and be able to pick me up at McCarran as described above?

At this time, only two "events" are scheduled.
1) Dinner on Saturday night at the LV Hilton Steakhouse at 7:00 or 8:00 pm. The steakhouse will be busy that night so I will have to make a reservation as soon as I get to LV on Friday. Please let me know ASAP if you intent to be there for Saturday night dinner.
2)Watching the "Superbowl" at the LV Hilton superbowl party. I have "allocated" my tickets so everyone will needs to arrange for their own tickets.

I had intended to be in Vegas for Superbowl w/e but messed up the dates, so I will be there the w/e before and the w/e after. Took advantage of a really good fare, Cleveland to Vegas for $180/rt on Delta.

If anyone is available, I will be in Las Vegas for Friday night only (Jan 28th). I'm staying out of town at the new Hyatt Lake Las Vegas (in Henderson). But it is an easy drive down to to strip. My flight leaves for EWR Sat afternoon, so I can also meet up with anyone on Sat AM (if you're up for it)

Catman is staying with me at the LV Hilton on Friday night, so why not join us for BUNCH on Saturday morning. We are then going to the airport to meet others at around 11:00 am.

A more detailed trip report or three will come tuesday once I sleep and get to work to earn some $$$ to pay off my nice AMEX bill.
But it was a SUper-Party. Thanks to Canadian Flyer for putting it together and keeping the fun going, great to see you Rich G... it was nice to finally meet Mauld for brunch and Axey for brunch... terrific new friends and my buddy MileCrazy for just being such a great buddy and making Vegas special for me.
Hopefully there will be Other Vegas Flyertalk get togethers in the near future. I'm always ready for some blackjack!
