PIP Pre-party SFO

Haven't booked air yet. If a bunch of us are flying out Nov 4 from SFO (2 PM flights abound on many airlines) then we should vie LAX for the pre-PIP party. The LAX crowd is leaving at 5 PM for HNL but we want to make sure we catch the 10 PM HNL party! And a couple of Happy Hour Mai Tais!

Rudi, I am up to date on the announcements BUT if some FTers who are NOT on the UAL PIP Express out of LAX are flying out of SFO, we should have our own PrePIP Party? N'est-ce pas??? By the way, has a decision been made about the location of the 10 PM 11/4 party? Nightcap???

Hi Karen,

I'm flying through SFO on 11/4 and catching the 11 something flight. I'm hoping that the flight is on time since I'm heading the PIP Express welcome party. <g>

The 11/4 10 pm meeting is at the Shell bar at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

...though most of the PIP Expressers won't even arrive at the Hilton until at least 10pm (if the flight is on time and bags don't take too long to claim. After check-in and getting bags to the rooms, etc I think at best most will start stumbling down around 10:30pm. So you early arrivals hang-in there for us!

Sorry to hear that you all will be arriving late! Eat your hearts out as I will be getting "lei'd" at the airport at least an hour before all of you , and that includes the PIP Express! See you in the bar!

newself... save me a PEPSI at the bar!

What crazy bunch! You guys are starting to lose it in terms of keeping to a thread! Last time I misheard anyone being lei'd was 30 yrs ago before the crackdown on sexual harassment. A traveling engineer brought back leis for the young secretaries in our office and offered a lei for a lay. HAHA.

Meanwhile, Tropical's flight is too early for us. My husband has to put in a half day at work. SFO at 2 PM or at 10 AM (I guess) if you want to meet Tropical early. Flying UAL, Tropical?

Catman,

I have never heard of making a martini using Pepsi. Does one use olives with such a mixture?

PremEx,

I have the best room in Hawaii, I get to share it with 2 wild women!

Yeah Catman:

In the very short time I spent with you in Seattle, I never saw a Pepsi in your hand. A mimosa, a couple of beers, wine, and (second hand) a martini, yes, but no Pepsi!
