c2h6 is ethane gas. CH3CH2OH (EtOH for short) is ethanol.

Boyfriend in tow or not, it was quite amusing to watch the drool slowly slip down his (AuH2o's) chin.
Ahhh, that's just his normal reaction after 5 or 6 pre-dinner drinks. That, slurred speech and the obligatory "I love you, man!"
