Hello,
I'm new to this forum or any other for that mather. The reason I post this message is because I'm not very pleased with the service I get as a ff to put it mildly. Since I consider klm to be a very arrogant carrier I thought that the combination of opnions of more than one customer would have a bigger impact on their customer relations desk.
I don't want to bang my fist first on the counter to be noticed!
I noticed that most of you guys and girls are mostly Americans. However if you are not a member of nwa's world perks, stil you might have something to say about travelling with klm

Though I'm inclined to agree with stimpy and you here, I generally do still like them because the "front line people" seem to make the effort to "try." They've caught a flu or something from NWA but I do hope they get over it and I've never personally perceived them as being particularly arrogant.
