It seems not too many people ever fly through ATL--I'm now here (need to figure out how to chg my profile) but does anyone ever get through here?

Hi Jamie!

Good to see you on the boards. I was just thinking about you yesterday. To change your profile, just click profile at the top of the page (under post new topic)and make whatever changes you want.

Hey Jamie...

I travel thru ATL every now & then, since my prime carrier is DL. Matter of fact, I'll be there tomorrow, although it's a medium tight connection.

PDX-ATL, arrive at 4:10, assuming on time & depart at 5:00 for EWR. Almost not enough time to go to the CRC.

Hi Jamie!

Yeah, I'm through ATL now and again. My main carrier is DL as I visit friends in Asheville, NC. Not a bad airport but I've seen better.

Jamiel... I occassionally get to Atlanta on De-lay-tah (Delta) but maybe sometime in the future you could propose a F-T get together there.

I might have an excuse to come down.

jamiel:
EVERYBODY flies through Atlanta, especially if they fly on Delta. It's the second or third busiest airport in the country. Of course, it's also the airport you want to get in and out of as quickly as possible, because it's a madhouse, any time of day - any day of week.
Check the Delta and Itinerary threads on FlyerTalk.

Catman: De-lay-tah! I've not heard that one before. That reminds me of an acronym for Delta that a fellow passenger once told me. It's one I'm sure you've all heard before, but it made me chuckle at the time:

Don't Ever Leave The Airport!

I fly through Atlanta at least once a month. It would be great if we could have a get-together there sometime.

Jamiel, past through there 4 to 8 times per month as I fly to and from south Florida.
Can't go much anywhere on DL without passing through the old railroad town of the south.
