Finally booked! Arriving ANC Friday evening, staying at Hilton. Happy to meet up for dinner/drinks for anyone in town. BBQ Saturday eve, departing ANC a little after midnight. Excited to see everyone and come back to AK, however briefly!

i'm a 10% chance for the BBQ portion. I grabbed outbound flight for now arriving 4am Saturday. Nothing looks very good for the return but ill keep looking. UA has $200 one way last minute but price ends before July

It looks like my wife and I will be able to join your little shindig! Is there any chance of an additional two seats for the welcome dinner in Homer? In any case, looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting many new ones!

Great! Welcome!

I have forwarded BBQ and Seldovia PMs.
I preemptively added you to the Homer + BBQ RSVP list - though let me know if that is incorrect.
I'll check with the restaurant and see if we can bump up the reservation - I'll report back.

General housekeeping announcement for everyone - I moved the RSVP list out of the wiki, just because the wiki seemed to get unwieldy and at this point I suspect there won't be a lot of changes. I tried to leave the things there that require RSVP or might be more a moving target. I'm happy to update the RSVP list - just note any necessary changes here in the thread or via PM.

Thanks, we are confirmed! Just booked the Seldovia Wildlife tour as well. I'll add my travel info to Wiki too.

Sorry for the delay - I am on a long work assignment with limited connectivity in DUT. I was able to confirm additional spots at Cafe Cups and have marked you down in the wiki - if you have changed your mind, just let us know.

All - re: Homer/Cafe Cups - I am happy to try to add attendees as long as the restaurant will tolerate it It is never too late to join us in Homer - just contact me via PM if you are interested in joining and I will get back to you with the restaurant's response.

Doesn't look like this one is going to happen. Had a family trip pop up that's close enough that doing this one as well would be unwise. Really need to get back up there sooner rather than later.

Due to my other activities this year:

Oz Fest 15 Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. USA Memorial Day Weekend May 25-27, 2018

Japan Do #6 - Naha (Okinawa) - March 29-31 2018

I've been unable to secure the 5th and 6th off.

I have negotiated the 7th off, so I'll see everyone at the BBQ.

Not till the 7th? Just shows how valuable you are to the company.

The props have been the noisiest so far but it has been quite fun. I get really annoyed when the DL flights come over with their name on the belly. Kind of like when your Mother wrote your name on the band of your underwear.
