When we lived in NYC autumn was my favorite time. So beautiful an crisp! My father used to refer to it as the "crown of the year".
Today I'm getting ready for a few days of leisure in Savannah, Ga. Looking forward to warmer weather and a bit of history.

Great start to the day!
Put a nice dent into the tree house, built a nice leaf pile for the kids to rush into and muck around.
A few brews, some dinner and a board game with the kids.
