Maximillian's does offer a Berlin cuisine buffet but I opted against this to ensure that there was a range of food that would be suitable to all guests. Unfortunately, the Berlin menu was far more limited in terms of vegetarian options and, while I'm not opposed to the Prussian dishes, the Bavarian menu is more appealing to a wider range of people. If there is a clamouring for the Berlin buffet, I can look into changing this but I'll also need to check how many vegetarians we have (if any). For the sake of transparency, and so people can clamour for it, this is the Prussian Menu: Thanks also for informing the participants of typical Berlin food :) (some may sound weird in English because they're hard to translate as there is no equivalent in anglo-saxon countries' cuisine) |
unfortunately I have to cancel my attendance :( due to work issues.

I'm coming to the DO solo and trying to be the most economical about lodging so I can purchase more beer and delicious German cuisine. Does anyone have an extra spot in their hotel room for the weekend? I would really appreciate it!

The Sunday Brunch venue is now confirmed as Hofbrauhaus Berlin. They offer a wide ranging brunch with dishes to suit everyone for €12.90pp payable on site.
While it is more Bavarian food, my other selections were not available for a group of our size. |
