That pretty girl definitely has more than bit of Maine Coon blood! Only Maine Coons are quite so fluffy - says one who has to remove MC fur from every piece of clothing she owns. ;)

Chubbs received her very generous gift from a Santa Claws today! She was very happy especially with the ping pong balls, which she's been smacking around our concrete floors. However, she is quite displeased with the nail trimmers (although her owners are really happy with them).

Thanks, MissJoeyDFW! He is indeed a handsome guy., but I am not sure whether or not he has any Snowshoe in him. He is predominantly Siamese with (clearly) some tabby genes. Purebreds with this type of coloring are called Lynxpoint Siamese.

Marino was adopted from the local animal shelter exactly 6 years ago today. Needless to say, it was love at first sight. His sister (whom I also tried, unsuccessfully, to adopt) was all Siamese markings with no stripes.

She was so funny that day! I think she thought I was 'fussing' because I wanted her to sit in a certain spot (which was a little damp from the sprinkler) - so once she was settled, she refused to look at the camera. She was either a) not going to sit there or b) not look at the camera. She won. ;)
