Great time!
Matt: thanks again for organizing (and finding those of us who were lost in the bar!)
It was really great meeting new people who enjoy travelling and have a great sense of humor!
Hope we can do this again soon!^

Hi all,
I added a wiki to this thread, should make it easier to see the details next time.
I'm thinking sometime in mid-January for the next get-together, after the holidays. Feel free to leave comments on what days work best, and I'll add to this thread in the new year.
Merry (early) Christmas everyone!

Yes it would be great to meat again! Weekends work better for me as well, but I could also make workday evenings work, except Mondays and Tuesdays.

I should be in town in mid-January and would be up for a weeknight happy hour kind of thing if it's happening. Thanks!

I'm in town through January 5, could the first weekend of January count as "early?"

I get back to town on the evening of the 2nd.
I can do something after 7:00/7:30 on the 3rd, or any time the 4th or 5th.

I would really like to meet up again! I will be in PHX mid-January for my usual week there so anytime before the 12th works for me! Looking forward to it!

I was thinking of inviting everyone to my place on the 4th or 5th, but it's 24 miles from downtown. You're obviously welcome here, but I recall that at least one of you relies on public transportation... and that might get tricky. The offer is open.

I'll be there from the 5th to the 13th. Would be a nice coincidence if it's one of those dates.

Wow, a surprising number of folks available on that first weekend! I'm in Vegas 1/6 - 1/10 for CES, but the 4th or 5th would work for me as well.
How about the afternoon of Sunday the 5th? Looks like we might be able to get Mats, Slipless, ldsant, jrl22, maybe TProphet (on the way out) and maybe SilverChris (on the way in).
Mats, very generous offer, let's do a future event at your place. I'm one of the people without a car since I live downtown, but I could arrange a rental with notice and transport others that need a ride from the downtown area. For this event, if the date works for everyone, I'll post a few potential meeting places to vote on.

I actually leave YVR on the 5th to cross the border so the afternoon may be a bit tight though it depends on the time. Depends on the majority, of course.
