Looking forward to all the additions!
So the good news is that this looks to be the largest Boston Do ever, ex-the one where the mods showed up (where it was MM who got shorted; He was too busy running gift cards through his Square device), so I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.
The downside is the weather risk: The big storm to burn off the humidity was supposed to come Friday night. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Now, it's scheduled for tonight. Logic would tell you that they'll get it wrong this time, but who knows?
The plus side is that the patio is well-covered, so we should be okay.
Mike

I think I am coming - I just spent all morning/early afternoon flying in from Houston, and I am wiped, but I am probably better off spending my evening at a bar than trying to do science.
What time does this thing start? 6:00?

Sincere apologies for being a no-show. I parked in the Government Center garage around 6:15, walked out the door, went to put the parking ticket in my wallet to pay on returning, and - no wallet. I immediately knew where I had left it, in my home office 60 miles south of the Kinsale Pub, but knowing that wasn't especially useful.
I went to the garage office, explained the situation, and asked if they could waive the usual $7 fee for a stay of under 20 minutes since I didn't have $7 - or even $1. They did. I then drove home, making sure not to do anything that would attract police attention (such as driving my bimmer as it was designed to be driven). There was the wallet, as I knew it would be; and there was the clock, reading 7:40. Too late to turn around again and head back.
So, there you have it. I'm sure everyone had a great time. Hope there's another before long!
