How did YOU pay for college?
In retrospect, most of us are frequent-flyers. And with that distinction comes a somewhat hefty price tag. But of course it couldn't all have come from somewhere. I'd say a fair amount of us went to college and now(?) hold decent jobs to help pay for our ventures.
Having said that, how did you manage to pay for/afford college? Did you live out of a box? Or did you simply work five part-time jobs did get you where you are today?

Loans. High five figures. For a degree in English and two minors (Latin/Classics and German).
Sigh ...
The sigh not withstanding, I don't regret it. While I haven't made a lot of money with my education ( and I never expected to), I loved going to school. I'd really like to go back to get an MFA or Masters in the Classics if I had the money.
This seems like more of an OMNI discussion BTW.

Goverment loans + money my parents set aside in education funds. Resulted me using goverment loans to buy stocks and repaying the loan that way

14 years service as an officer in the Navy....
Actually I had "paid back" my training/education "ROSO" (Return of Service obligation) after about 8 years... but I stayed until I no longer enjoyed it!

Not really on topic for Communitybuzz! and since the OP is not OMNI enabled, I'll close the thread.
