That reminds me that however good the place in Virginia may be, it is unlikely to be able to match the dumplings that you can get over there. ^

We never had soup dumplings until we were taken to the Din Tai Fung on Orchard Road by a couple of FTers of Chinese heritage a day or so before we met you for that trip out to the zoo. :cool:
