I'm not around that week, but the following week works.
|
I should be back in town on the 19th and would be interested. Crystal City/Pentagon City works best for me, but I'm open to anywhere in DC or NOVA.

FWIW, I will be in DC tonight and tomorrow (and probably Tuesday) for the IPW conference. If anyone is around, find me. I love to chat travel. Tonight's dinner is at Air & Space museum, 7-10pm.
|
I would like to meet up- I'd prefer anywhere on the yellow/green or red line

I am probably out of town on the 19th, but back that Thursday and around part of the next week.
|
I'm also out on the 19th, but should be available during the week for the rest of June. I haven't tried Matchbox in Pentagon City, though am familiar with (and fond of) their downtown location.
|
Available 19th and later. Matchbox does a happy hour - but 3pm to 7pm. There is an upstairs outside deck area. Not sure if that can be reserved. Convenient for me.

monitor and frantic advised me that they will be in town for the 4th of July and would like to do something that day. They will be staying near Tyson's Corner. Given the insanity of DC on the 4th, my suggestion is that we do dinner somewhere along the Silver Line.
In fact, I see that Ten Penh (a one-time District favorite, back in the day, and relatively recently reopened now in Tysons) is having a "loyalty member" restaurant week deal that week - 3 course menu for $35 - which may be a good option. Menu is at http://www.tenpenhtysons.com/downloa...3557412285.pdf Who's in? |
Still watching to see what is up next week.
Heading off to Berlin, Prague, and Copenhagen on July 4 so that won't work. tom |

We are in for sure. |
I don't know what work will demand next Mon ... if it's like this week (I'm looking at 12-hour proposal days in Chantilly ), I most likely won't be able to get to Arlington much before 1900, but if I can finagle the afternoon in the Braddock Rd office I'd promote that to ~1730
I'm departing the fix in Arlington on 22 Jun, headed home to SEA, but will continue to keep an eye on this thread when work calls me back |

I am open to either time, so let us leave it up to our out-of-town guests.
