It appears that Crystal City didn't lose power, so all should be good. As we look to be a party of around 8, I'll phone this afternoon to see about a reservation.

It's that time again -- the summer version of DC Restaurant Week, where 3-course dinners at some of DC's top spots are offered at $35.12.

I've made 2 reservations:

On Tuesday, August 14, I have a 7:00 p.m. reservation for a party of 6 at The Prime Rib, 2020 K St., NW. Jackets are required for men. Menu

Attending:

On Saturday, August 18, the reservation, again for a party of 6 at 7:00 pm., is at Occidental Grill & Seafood, at 1475 Pennsylvania Ave., NW. Business casual attire is appropriate here.

I suspect it's a little early for that, but I did make sure that they were participating in RW before making the reservation.
