I had to see Hiddy's dog too! I just added my 2 kibblers, since we're all apparently adding dogs.

Nice dog photo, I had to have a look, you can always just log out so it doesn't leave a trail. @:-)

Flyertalk hardly competes with facebook
You need to add some photos.

Every so often I check to see who has viewed my profile, usually it is Fters who I have met or those who I have been contacting via PM.

Currently my page has had 1,197 visits, I have added a few photos but as I added more it didn't seem to work so well so I set up a photobucket account.

Does anyone have any more friends than lucky9876coins, currently he has 180 friends on FT.

Awwwww! They look sweet!
I love dog pics ^
Do they like beer?

I have a really nice one of the boys (Orville and Wilbur - can you tell I have a little aviation experience? ) but its too big to add as an avatar so I will just put it in this post

I also spiced up my profile a little for the accidental viewer since it was very uninteresting.

I love dog photos too!

They're my sweeties. Geno, the one in the back of the photo, is my shy guy. Well, I should say was. He was in a shelter for over 2 years because he was so shy he'd hide when people came to look at dogs. Now, while he's a little shy with new people, he doesn't hesitate to let anyone who comes near our house know that he's there. Cobaka, well, she has the husky attitude of "I am the Queen of the World. You WILL cater to my every desire." She figures that everyone she encounters is there to adore her. Hence why she's in the front of the photo... After all, she's the only one in the photo that matters, in her mind!

LOL, no, they're not allowed beer! Although, Geno especially loves Milk Bones!

Orville and Wilbur are very handsome. Which one has the white stripe down the center of their face?

We have had a thread or two in the past about who was viewing profiles, and the majority of the time in those (and I will admit I'm most certainly part of that) is when somebody was clicking on a thread title or something and instead got the name under it and was brought to the profile.

I know I do that on a regular basis, on the train going for the last read in a thread and instead get the name under it by mistake.

Though there are people who do keep an eye on it, one poster seemed disappointed when they thought some of the viewiers were there in error.

For those wondering, I mean from this screen:

Do they talk the husky talk?

How did you come to get Geno? Did you go to the shelter and asked for the dog who needed you the most or did he just catch your eye somehow?
You can PM me if you feel we're getting too OT

Orville has the stripe. I just had them out working last night (unfortunately), poor furkids are exhausted today.

My foster is Echo, recovering from a tumor on his head. I'll adopt him in August.

And I am now adding you as a friend

LOL, Cobaka definitely does the husky talk. She's very vocal at times. Right now, she's curled up on Mr. Kipper (after realizing that her "I want Sunday breakfast" stare wasn't working on me. But, when she decides it's time to play or she really wants something, she'll talk to us.

Geno, well, I'd been browsing Cobaka's old shelter's petfinder site, and he'd been there for about a year. They had him featured, and his adoption fee was sponsored. It took me almost two months to convince Mr. Kipper we should foster him. The shelter wanted him fostered, if not adopted, hoping that he'd come out of his shell and be easier to adopt.

We were all set to foster him after almost a week's trip to Florida, and when I called to make final arrangements, after we returned, I found out he'd been picked up by someone who was fostering him, but probably going to adopt him. They suggested other dogs, but Mr. Kipper and I couldn't agree on any of them. Two months later, Geno's foster mom said she couldn't foster him, and he came home with us.

She fed him tons of food and treats before giving him to me, and while I was driving him home (3 hours away), he got sick a few times in the Jeep, which only endeared him to me.

On Mother's Day weekend that year, Mr. Kipper's mother and aunt kept pressuring him to adopt Geno. He agreed, if I bought him a rare military rifle. I adopted Geno, and then eventually found him the rifle. I joke that Geno was the most expensive free dog I've adopted, since I had to buy the rifle. But, Geno was so worth it!

You had your two out working? Search and rescue?

You're adopting another one? How's Echo get along with Orville and Wilbur?
