Looks like we may need to hunt down a Starbucks again this year. Will confirm in 24 hours or so. Fingers crossed.

Very pleased to say that the good people at Star Alliance have confirmed my transportation route (convoluted though it may be), and if you will have me, I would love to join the hunt with the rest of you for the perfect slice, the best baked goods, a Brooklyn Latte, and above all, the chance to hear tales of the little borough by the sea.

Now I have to see if Mike's Starbucks location (see post #1) is still open. We haven't stopped there since BRT 7.

More important than the last BRT? You do realize that this will/may affect you're getting on the next BRT (if/when that ever happens).

Art234 +1 had so much fun at dinner a couple of years ago that he wants the complete package in 2010. ^ I'll put your name on the waitlist.

Sometime after Passover and Easter, I'll PM everyone Paypal details. If you don't do Paypal, you can let me know then, and I'll send you my address. Of course, there's always a couple of exceptions to the rules.

I'm sure that some of the Flyertalkers on the list will clear, after I ask for money.

dh

We can always do a White Castle stop somewhere if it's closed....

I am very excited for this and can't wait for the plans to come out.

I was just reading through the threads and want to confirm that Thursday is just a "pre-do" meet up and not an actual part of the BRT?

With flights being cut out of CHS, I am trying to find out when would be best to arrive in NYC.

Any chance of getting a double deck bus so we can get more seats available? If so please add me + 1 to the list.

I would bet the top deck might even be willing to pay extra!

Unhappy Can't make it after all

I'm going to have to back out. Just got word my brother is coming out for a visit from the west coast. It's the first time he's come for a visit in 15 years! We're disappointed, last year in the N.E. and the last(?) BRT . . .

It's alive and well. The Brooklyn of yore is "changing" as you say so much in your speeches.

Correct. We'll probably head for dinner in Chinatown or Little Italy.

Do you want to go on the standby list?

Your talk is great. Entertaining, informative, well done. But it's a wife's job to improve what doesn't need improvement.

Consider this a strong vote for Italian. (Vinnie will come by later with a little something for youse.)
