Upgrade Citi Premier to Citi Prestige?

Upgrade Citi Premier to Citi Prestige?
I know a lot of people are thinking of cancelling or downgrading from the Prestige, but I'm thinking of upgrading and try it out for one year. Is there a minimum credit limit for the product conversion? Unfortunately my Premier's limit is $4,000 at the moment. I think I also need to have the card for at least a year? Anything else?

Call up and see. I know I was eligible, but higher CL and open for >1 year.

Minimum CL is the same as other Citi World Elite cards, $2000.
