Valuation of choice points ?
I have been corresponding with Choice since January about my points that are in cyberspace. Does anyone have a clue what I would value 70K choice points at - since I did nothing wrong I am seriously thinking of a small claims court issue here.

This was part of the Amtrak to Choice deal. I did legitimate transfer. I was letting them sit for a week or so as I thought I might use some for hotel stays. Then they were gone. My account does not show 0 points on line - it just wont show the activity screen or any points at all.
This occured in Dec. I have been having email converstations with them. They blamed it on Amtrak. Then they decided they would work it out with Amtrak, asked for my Amtrak number and it has been over 3 weeks since then and I am now not get responses to my email.

Although email to Choice can be fine for more routine matters, for unusual problems I've found getting them on the phone to often be much more fruitful.
