Cambria Flags
I have noticed quite a few Cambria properties (first gen suite properties) having changed flags at what seems to be a fairly quick pace. Everything from Hilton Garden Inn, Wyndham, and Fairfield brand swaps are noticed. Are owners hoping for better results from a more business oriented brand? They are a great concept, but who knows if many are skeptical to give them a shot when they are part of the same family with a Rodeway Inn, haha! This is all speculation, but an observation nonetheless.

If they're switching to Wyndham, I'm not sure they're caring too much about the reputation of the overall brand portfolio - I'd consider Travelodge slightly below Rodeway, and Super 8s and Days Inns can be pretty low-brow too.
It could be better revenue sharing from another brand, perhaps franchise ownership change, or just perceived lack of support for the brand from Choice. In the case of Marriott/Hilton conversions, I could also see potential to attract customers invested in those loyalty schemes - particularly in the business sector that Cambria appeals to I'd imagine many are invested in Marriott, Hilton, or both and so would pay more if it's branded with their chain of choice.
