It's not clear that what you are asking is appropriate. You can go to the Choice Hotels Travel Professionals page to make commissionable reservations using your agency's IATA number.

If this is an industry code so that you may obtain a discount, your IATA agency will have that or can obtain it for you. If this is about booking commissionable reservations, then work through the referenced website.
