Never that I recall. Choice is wedded to Barclays.

The last time I recall a bonus on transfers of MRP was in Oct 2013 "American Express 20% Bonus To Choice Privileges Through November 30, 2013"
I also found that in Oct 2011 they had a 50% bonus on Amex to Choice transfers. Seems to be an October pattern?

True. But I thought the OP meant promotions such as the SYNC offers. If OP wants list of transfer partners just check Amex site. Quick and easy!
