The last time I recall a bonus on transfers of MRP was in Oct 2013 "American Express 20% Bonus To Choice Privileges Through November 30, 2013"
I also found that in Oct 2011 they had a 50% bonus on Amex to Choice transfers. Seems to be an October pattern?
