Do Expedia stays count?

Do Expedia stays count?
I was wondering if hotel stays booked on expedia count towards your points or stays?

I know some hotel chains it does and some it does not but I was not sure about choice.

buuut... they never count with any hotel chain.... never getting points, always getting benefits... that's the general rule
