China Domestic Flight Cancellation: Getting your money back
Booked a fairly complicated intinerary in Beijing a couple weeks ago involving
travel to 4 cities in so many days. The first flight was CA which was cancelled
5 minutes after boarding was supposed to start. So that totally blew the whole itinerary. Went to the CA customer service desk they stamped the
ticket and retrieved my checked bag from the baggage area, then bought
a ticket from CZ to another city and flew out on a completely new travel plan.
Ended up using one of the original tickets to fly back to PEK a few days later.
Took all the unused tickets to the TA and after about 1.5 hours and a huge amount of paper stamping got in cash the money originally spent on the tickets. So no loss..^
