Looking for help from FT'ers in Beijing

A good friend of mine is trying to contact an opera school in Beijing and had some email contact with them, which has suddenly stopped. His calls to their phone have gone unanswered and he's trying to find out of they are still around. If there's anyone in Beijing who has some free time to try and contact them locally that would be a big help.
PM me and I'll give you more details. he's an amazingly talented Chinese-American performer and director who has exhausted all the schools here to study Chinese opera.

Thanks.

China Holiday ?

It might be due to the fall holiday season. No one works during the mid-autumn days Sept. 18-22, & then during Golden week Oct 1-7th. Even the days between are sabbatical to some in 2013.

I will say the BJ weather is great now, & traffic is very light, even some blue sky.

In 2014, mid autumn day is on Sept. 8th, a monday. So, some chinese may not work all of sept in 2014 !.
