I flew business out of PEK quite often. I never noticed a different line for business and first, but perhaps I wasn't paying attention.
Yes, the line can be long and slow. That's probably why check-in stops 60 minutes before departure. It usually takes 30 minutes or more to take the train and pass through immigration and security. and 5-10 minutes to run to your gate.
