From the perspective of a person forced to use TSA services its not the work environment that needs improving. What needs improving is how TSA treats terro.. travelers.

I am not a criminal and don't particularly like being treated as one by some HS dropout who was able to pass the GED.

The airlines should be the ones providing security, it's their metal that's at risk.
