Deciding whether to book through Chase or direct

One issue with booking airfare through Chase is that they only allow searches up to 330 days out, while many (most?) non-US airlines allow for searches further out (up to 355 or 360 days). While you don't always find the best fares that far out, I still like to start my comparison shopping as early as possible.
