So I have a silly question, how do I pre-pay for a meal before I get there and know what I have having for a meal. May sound silly and maybe I am not sure how to use this benefit. I would certainly like to if possible so any help is appreciated

Works generally for fixed price meals. Generally things like wine and upcharges are added at the restaurant, and you don't get 10x for those.

The other potential issue is that some fine dining restaurants book out so quickly or so far in advance they will offer a special Tock link for regulars to get tables more consistently. For example, Sushi Noz in NYC gives regulars a 1-2 week lead with the private Tock link. I don't know if it's possible to coerce that URL into the Chase Dining interface.
