INK Business Premier is marketed as a cash-back card, but language in the terms indicate that it earns Ultimate Rewards points. Even though the card earns UR points, they cannot be Transferred to airline or hotel partners, and cannot be Combined with another card to work around this restriction. $195 annual fee. 2% on all purchases, except 2.5% on purchases of $5,000+.
The card became available mid-December 2021 in Chase retail bank branches through a Business Relationship Manager (BRM). Not all branches have a BRM. It became available online in the 4th quarter of 2022.

The opportunity cost of $100K cash is high. For business, it looks like Preferred Rewards is associated with a restricted platform. Only 30 day wire transfer maximum? That makes it difficult for even medium sized businesses to use the money as working capital. Any solutions to this? Not worth it at all if you need to float $100K cash.

I guess it all depends on the scope of your business. A medium sized company is probably doing at least $2m in salaries, meaning that it should have easily north of $100k in the checking account to cover salary for the next 30 days. I'm not sure what you mean by a restricted platform, I'm not a finance professional.
Btw, the card is rumored to launch later today. Crossing my fingers, it'll actually happen...

If you're participating in BofA's advantage program, I would assume you have enough liquidity to float at least $100k in your business accounts at all times. In that case, the BofA business unlimited rewards card is much better at 2.625%*. We use it for paying a variety of vendors that don't qualify as bonused spend.

Hmm. Wish I would have seen this before applying for the Business Ink card two months ago. Just finished my 15K spend, but not sure how Chase would handle a second business card within two months of each application.

RNE, wondering if Chase is busy sourcing metal so it doesn't run out of metal cards when a deluge of apps comes in.
