I got the 5% gas stations and grocery stores on my Freedom, which I only use for the 5x categories. It was my first time ever getting a "My Bonus" on any of my Chase cards (Freedom, Freedom Unlimited, CSR).
I don't have a car, so the Q3 bonus gas station bonus category is not very beneficial for me. I paid for some gas on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised that the gas stations bonus stacked, especially after reading that it doesn't. Marriott has a new promo for all their credit cards. Spend $7k through Sept 30, 2023, get an extra 10k points. For Chase cards this is implemented as a mybonus offer (I don’t have an Amex Marriott card, so didn’t check how it’s implemented on that side).

I might try to finish it once... works out to about 3.4 points/$ which is not the worst return ever... On the Amex side it's implemented in a similar way, within Amex Offers... which explains why you can only apply it to one card. That's the general rules with Amex Offers. |
I'm glad someone bumped this. I used link before reading latest posts and my Freedom Unlimited got the 5% up to $1500 until Sept 30 for gas and groceries. I had seen this thread before but I stopped checking bc I've never had a card qualify. nothing for CSR again this time but happy to find that bonus pop up for Freedom unlimited.
Edit: Got offer on my regular freedom as well. |
