Freedom points transfer
what is the rate for transferring freedom points to Sapphire?
If it's 1:1, then as freedom gives you 100 points/$1, you only need to spend 300 bucks to get 30,000 points to transfer to Sapphire, then get all those miles for only $300?

Freedom gives you 1 points per $1 spent same as CSP unless it is in one of the quarterly bonus category, then you get 5 points per $1 spent. I think you are thinking about you can trade in 2000 points and get $20 cash back, and somehow translated that to 100 points/$1.

Redeeming points:
100 points = $1
You need to spend $30,000 to get 30,000 points. Or, in 5x categories, $6K to get 30,000 points.

I think there's a fundamental breakdown in your understanding of these points.
Earning points:
$1 = 1 point, unless it's in a 5x category, in which case it equals 5 points
Redeeming points:
100 points = $1
You need to spend $30,000 to get 30,000 points. Or, in 5x categories, $6K to get 30,000 points.

Only if you are doing your maths right, if $1=100 points, then $100=10,000 points... correct me if I'm wrong but I guess that's kind of simple. I wanna know if there's a transfer rate as $300 gets you 30,000 UR points sounds too good

We are talking about 2 things:
1) Earning rate for points
$1 spent = 1 point earned
2) Redeeming rate for points
100 points redeemed = $1 cashback
So in your example, it would be switched in that you want to earn 30,000 points, you must spend $30,000 (excluding 5% categories), but when you redeem 30,000 points you are getting $300 cashback.

We are talking about 2 things:
1) Earning rate for points

$300 spend only gets you 300 UR points. You can only redeem 300 UR points for $3 cash back no matter how you transfer the points from one UR card to another. Transferring does not change the amount UR points.
You're certainly welcome to try to make $300 spend into 30,000 UR points but you will be severely disappointed.
