It sounds too good because you're confusing earning and redemption and that has been explained multiple times above.
$300 spend only gets you 300 UR points. You can only redeem 300 UR points for $3 cash back no matter how you transfer the points from one UR card to another. Transferring does not change the amount UR points.
You're certainly welcome to try to make $300 spend into 30,000 UR points but you will be severely disappointed.
