Guys - I always have an issue transferring points between family members and I'm trying to consolidate all points to myself since I'm the only one with CSR. Family members have 2-3 cards today so I first plan to link one of their business cards to one of my business cards and do a test transfer of 1 point. If it works, then I'll combine all their points into this card and transfer all points. Finally I'll do a combine points on my side to bring everything into Reserve and also delink after it's all done. Am I doing this right? Thanks

Personally I combine all points of spouse's cards (both business and personal) to one personal card which I am an AU. I also have my personal card which spouse is an AU, linked to spouse's combine points function. Combine points from spousal personal card to my personal card first. Then I combine the points on my side to a CSP card. 2 steps but I feel much safer doing this way (and has not had a single glitch all these years). |

You should check the business card's rules in combining points - they are different from the personal cards. From what you describe, I am not sure you could like the family member's own business cards to your business cards.

If I understand you correctly, if you are an authorized user on your spouse's credit card, the combined points function can all be done online so you don't even have to call Chase to consolidate your points, right?
We are on each other’s old Freedom card which is used as the linked card in both our combined points function. All pts in one person’s account consolidated to that person’s Freedom first, then from one person’s Freedom to another person’s Freedom. We never have to call even combining hundred of thousands pts on one sweep which I did last month. (We don’t bother to move points every month). |
Just in case somebody stumbles into here looking for a solution, I randomly found a Chase rep who provided actual, useful information to correct this.

Uh, interesting. That doesn’t mess with my personal account (login) in any way, does it? I am asking because I think there is also a way to add the personal cards to the business login, but this isn’t that, right?

This is the way you add your personal accounts to your business log in. Been that way for several years now

Don't take my word for it, and it's probably worth a quick chat with Chase, but my personal account is still separate and works just fine. If I login to my personal account, I see just my personal Chase cards, and can only transfer between them. If I login to my business/Ink account, I can now see all of my Chase accounts - personal and business - in the portal, and can transfer points between all of them. This works for me.
I reported my CSR lost, and now cannot combine my points from my business to CSR card. I can’t unlink the old card or add the new one, even after talking to 3 reps and an IT person. 1 rep said this should update automatically in a few days but it’s been 2+ weeks. I see the same problem reported here for several years and Chase isn’t fixing it! |

I don’t really understand. Are you saying you can now use combine your points between any of your personal and business UR cards, yet your personal and business account still have separate logins?

Is there any way to turn off the incredibly annoying combine points 2 factor authentication? They've now made it 3x.
I log on, then I combine, then it needs to send me a text, and now it also wants my ATM pin. I combine about 12 different cards points every month, why do I need to go through so much verification each time? I am keeping them within the same account, its ridiculous. |
